Why is my order incomplete?
Some of the items in your order may not be in stock. We will dispatch any items currently in stock, and place the remainder on back-order for future delivery. Please refer to your dispatch note for confirmation. You should also receive an email about the out of stock items.
Why haven't I received my order?

How do I order items for different delivery addresses?
You will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.
Why did I receive an item that I didn't order?
When we send your products, the package will include a 'dispatch note' with details of the contents.
