Which product should I buy?

How do I use the product I bought?

Help in your home

RNIB vounteers can help you in your own home in three ways:
  • Talking Books Support Volunteers demonstrate how to use Talking Book players and troubleshoot problems by telephone or by helping at home. They also help with unpacking and returning players and books, and help you to choose books in various formats.
  • Home Technology Support Volunteers help you get to know new equipment (other than computers), and resolve simple problems.
  • IT Support Volunteers help fix computer problems by telephone or in your home. They can install and set up computer equipment and software, and install Assistive Technology, like speech and magnification packages.
If you need this type of help, call us on 0303 123 9999 or email Helpline@rnib.org.uk.
