Help

We've tried to make our website as easy-to-use and accessible as possible. But we know that sometimes a few top tips and a bit of help are welcome.

If you're not sure how to do something on our website, please check and follow the advice in our help pages before you contact us. Thank you!

We've also got some practical accessibility tips: If you're struggling to find the page you want on the website:

Lacking confidence?

If you're not very confident using websites, your computer or your access technology, you might find our technology section useful.

You could also visit our technology discussion board and our TechKnowMore blog, and ask other people questions or read what others have to say. They're for all ages and abilities!

You might also benefit from speaking to our Helpline staff. Call them on 0303 123 9999 or email helpline@rnib.org.uk - ask them if they can arrange for an IT volunteer to come and help you use your computer and the internet.

You can also drop into one of our resource centres for support and advice.
