To get the best results follow these tips:

Use keywords - the search won't work well using natural language. For instance, typing in the word 'benefits' is better than typing in 'how can I find out about benefits?'.

Use quotes to search for an exact phrase (for instance "mobile phones").

If you don't find what you want the first time you search, try changing your search terms. For instance, if the results are too broad, can you be more specific about what you're searching for? If you're not getting many or any results, can you be more general about what you're searching for?
