If you or someone you know has a sight problem, the RNIB Helpline offers an immediate, expert and confidential service. Call our Helpline on 0303 123 9999, email helpline@rnib.org.uk or fill out the contact form on this page.
If you are experiencing emotional difficulties because of sight loss, our Emotional Support Service offers confidential telephone support, information and counselling.

Fundraising
If you have a fundraising query, please contact the Fundraising Enquiry Line on 0845 345 0054 on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, or email fundraising@rnib.org.uk.
You can also make a comment or complaint about our fundraising activities. RNIB is a member of the Fundraising Standards Board.
Volunteering
RNIB's volunteers provide help and support to blind and partially sighted people across the UK. If you have any general enquiries, please contact the Volunteering Team on 0845 603 0575 or 01733 375450, email volunteering@rnib.org.uk or complete our online form.
