Post-tax payroll giving
Some companies offer post-tax payroll giving to their employees and RNIB are happy to help you give in this way. About 200 companies have been giving to RNIB this way for more than 20 years and have found it a straightforward and convenient way to support our charity.

Pennies from Heaven
This is a really painless post-tax donation, which allows you to roll down your salary to the nearest pound.
If you are a decision maker in your company and would like to set up the facility for your colleagues to give to RNIB this way, please email us at fundraising@rnib.org.uk or call us on 0845 345 0054 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Alternatively you can telephone 'Pennies from Heaven' on 0207 464 4100.
Pension giving
If you pay as you earn on your pension, you can still give as you earn. Most financial institutions, and the civil service, will already have the system in place to allow you to give tax-efficiently from your pension, so you could contact them directly or complete our payroll pledge form and send it to us.
We will then tell your pension provider of your wishes. If you have set up a power of attorney for the future remember to tell people about your pension giving arrangements.
