Without the support of the general public, our members and donors, RNIB would not be able to continue its worthwhile work for blind and partially sighted people and their family and friends. We take all comments and complaints about our fundraising methods very seriously and encourage people to provide us with feedback.

We will do all that we can to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. We will respond to any correspondence within three working days of being received and aim to settle your complaint within seven working days. Some complaints will need investigating and may take longer, but we will keep you fully informed.

As a member of the Fundraising Standards Board we are committed to the highest standards of fundraising practice and ensure that our activities are open and fair, honest and legal. We adhere to the Fundraising Promise.
