Checklist for holding a Dotty Day

Choose a date

Email us at fundraising@rnib.org.uk or ring us on 0845 345 0054 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) to let us know you are getting involved.

Download all your Dotty Day materials or ask us to post them to you.

Tell all your colleagues and friends about your Dotty Day. Put up posters, send out emails, post a message on Facebook, add it to meeting agendas.

Hold your Dotty Day and collect donations (refer to donations and banking section).

Award certificates to people that took part and special prize certificates for originality and effort.
Make your Dotty Day an even bigger success
Make Dotty Days more fun with additional dotty activities or fundraising ideas.

Get baking and have a Dotty cake sale.

Showcase your dots with a dotty fashion show.
