Grants and Benefits Volunteer

Can you build a rapport with people and put them at ease? Would you enjoy assisting blind and partially sighted people to continue to live their lives independently? Would you be able to help people claim the benefits they are entitled to? If so, then Action for Blind People's busy local team urgently needs you to help people stay independent and to guide them through the benefits maze. Opportunity available in Exeter.

Travel Support Volunteer - Birmingham area Travel Project

Would you like to be part of our exciting travel pilot in your area? We are looking for volunteers who would like to support blind and partially sighted people in their community to discover ways to travel confidently and independently. Opportunity available in Birmingham, Redditch, Sandwell and Solihull

Dining Room Assistant (Tate House) - Harrogate

Do you need voluntary experience that fits around your school or college hours? We need volunteers to spend time talking and listening to our residents to enable them to choose what they want to eat at mealtimes. RNIB Tate house provides comprehensive services to blind and partially sighted people within a care home environment. Opportunity available in Harrogate.

Administration Support - Payroll

We are looking for someone who has any eye for detail, enjoys filing and admin tasks to assist our Payroll Manager with a four month project of updating the Payroll Department Archive. Opportunity available at RNIB Peterborough

Eye Clinic Admin Volunteer - Burton on Trent

Do you enjoy meeting and helping people? Can you help support a variety of people in a busy eye clinic department and help with general office tasks and provide administrative support at the Eye Clinic Help Desk based at the Treatment Centre, Queens Hospital, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.

Campaign Co-ordinator (Person with sight loss)

Campaign Co-ordinators will help to organise RNIB's campaigns at a local level, and will be involved in lobbying MPs, NHS trusts, local authorities etc. Opportunity available in Coventry, Warwickshire, Solihull and Worcestershire.

Talking Newspaper Production Assistant Volunteer

We produce a weekly newspaper and would like someone who can join our team to help with research engaging and interesting stories, produce articles and assist with the Audio and production to over a hundred of our customers.

Technology Support Volunteer

We need more volunteers who understand and can help blind and partially sighted people make better use of technology in their homes and lead more independent lives. Opportunity available in the following London Boroughs, Ealing, Hounslow, Wandsworth or Hammersmith and Fulham.

Driver - Mobile Sight Loss Information Service

We are looking for drivers with a C1 Category on their licence to join our friendly Mobile Sight Loss Information Service team. Opportunity available in London

Studio Reader

Lending your voice and enthusiasm to help blind and partially sighted people access their local newspaper. Opportunity available in Stoke on Trent.
