Digital Britain

In June 2009, the Government published a report called "Digital Britain". The report outlined the Government's plans on areas as diverse as broadband, digital television and radio, internet access and mobile technologies.

RNIB responded to the interim Digital Britain report earlier in 2009. We are now working where possible with the Government and others, to ensure that the initiatives outlined in "Digital Britain" respect the rights of blind and partially sighted people to access digital technology.
