Going through an exciting period of growth and development, RNIB Pears Centre for Specialist Learning in Ash Green, Coventry is recruiting to its expanding team of Social Care Workers.
What skills and experience do I need?
Supporting children and young people with complex needs who are blind or partially sighted is as challenging and physically demanding as it is truly rewarding. You don't need qualifications to join us as we will help you achieve these. Full training will be provided.
You just need to:

be fun to be with

have good problem solving and communication skills

be a team player
-
remain calm under pressure

have patience and enthusiasm

be able to work shift hours on a roster basis

be aged over 22 in compliance with the Children's Home National Minimum Standards.
