Event overview

Preparation
We know how busy your job can be and appreciate that you have already committed to a day or two away from school to attend the event. As a result there isn't any specific preparation work that you need to do in advance, just consider what you want to get out of the day and come ready to participate.
Registration
Registration will take place between 8.45am and 9.15am on each day, with the event beginning promptly at 9.30am.
Upon registration you will receive your delegate pack containing presentations for the day, a reminder of the programme and a list of your fellow delegates.
Tea, coffee and egg or bacon rolls will be served upon arrival.

Catering and refreshments
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day and are included within your booking fee.
Lunch will be served buffet style, with a variety of options, including those suitable for vegetarians.

Event venue
The event will take place at Park Inn Hotel Watford. The venue is easily accessible by public transport and only a short walk from Watford Junction Station.
Watford Junction Station is served by the West Coast Main Line (WCML), the Watford DC line to Euston and the Abbey line (a branch line to St Albans). Journeys to London take between 16 and 52 minutes depending on the service used. Trains also run to East Croydon via the WCML, the West London Line and Clapham Junction.
There is complimentary onsite car parking, subject to availability, the hotel's car park is managed by ParkingEYE. It is your responsibility to ensure you enter your car registration number into the system on arrival at the hotel.

Should you wish to stay overnight at the hotel the Bed and Breakfast rate for a single occupancy is £75 per night, double occupancy is £85 per night. Please contact the hotel directly if you wish to book.
