Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) is a very popular eBook reading app, being used by a number of libraries as well as publishers and booksellers like Waterstones, WH Smith and Mills & Boon. It's incorporated into some hardware readers, and there is a free standalone version for use on a Windows or Mac computer.
Adobe Digital Editions version 2 was released at the end of September 2012, and it has some great accessibility features.

For NVDA, Windows Vista or above is required.

"Read to end" function is only available for JAWS 12 or 13 and Window-Eyes 7.5.2 (through a downloadable app) and later.

Navigation with VoiceOver on the Mac is limited to reading by page.
