We offer a range of options.
Automated Document Solutions: Ideal for producing accessible bills and statements in large volumes, this highly secure service can be integrated within your existing IT system. We undertake development in-house at RNIB and will carry out testing before the service is launched.
Rapid service: Designed for medium-volume, quick-turnaround work, this service is great for transcribing personal information like credit card statements and pension information. It can handle hard copy, electronic and PDF documents with simple tables.
WebDocs: Our online service is designed for rapid transcription of short, text only documents. More about WebDocs.
Automated telephone based services: Enables your customers to listen to your documents on the phone and/or order them in large print, braille or audio formats.
