How does RNIB WebDocs work?
To start using RNIB WebDocs you need to go to our RNIB WebDocs home page and register your details.
Then, once you've registered and you have a document that you need transcribing, just follow the step by step process.
You will need to load up your document, enter a delivery address and choose the format. Then sit back and let RNIB WebDocs do the rest for you.

We are experts in transcription and care about getting your document right first time. But we don't think we should charge you a premium for getting our job right. And we wanted to give you a transparent pricing structure.

You only pay for the documents you order with us.
This means you can register immediately and have a system in place before you have a request from your customer, patient or employee.
RNIB WebDocs prices are:

Large print - £12.50 per initial document, and £5.50 for each copy ordered at the same time
