Visual and disability awareness training

Staff training is often raised as a crucial factor in excellent customer service. In the summer at our Go! Shop event in Manchester, it was the key topic of conversation.

From talking to blind and partially sighted people, we're finding that good customer service can make a significant difference.

We're still hearing that staff will walk away when they spot a white cane. But we do hear good news too.
