How do I make changes to the items in my basket?
Go to the "View my basket" page. Here you can update the quantity of any item in your basket. If you wish to delete an item you can update the quantity to zero.
Why can't I put an item in my basket?
Some items are restricted in the number you can purchase. Check if you already have the item in your basket.
Alternatively the item may no longer be available or not yet available for sale.

Why can't I buy the number of leaflets that I want?
Some of our leaflets are available in fixed quantity packs.
How do I make a regular donation?
You can make single, one off donations when you buy an item through the online shop. But you can also set up a
regular donation to RNIB by Direct Debit.

Right now RNIB can only reach one in three of the people who need our help most. You can make a by making a
single donation or a
regular donation, or finding other
ways to donate - you can help us reach them all.

Are there charges for using credit or debit cards?
No, there are no charges for using credit or debit cards on the RNIB online shop
Why am I sent to another website to enter my card details?
This is our secure credit and debit card handling service.
Will I have to use Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode?
RNIB will use this additional credit and debit card verification if we are required to do so by the banks or credit card providers.
Currently, MasterCard requires RNIB to use their MasterCard SecureCode service for customers paying by Maestro debit card.
During the RNIB online shop payment process customers paying by Maestro card will be transferred to an external service to enter their SecureCode. This external service may not be fully accessible.

shop@rnib.org.uk. We will use this information to encourage MasterCard and the participating banks to improve the accessibility of their services.
Is storing my card details safe?
We do not store all of your credit or debit card details.
We store only the information needed to recognise you on your next visit to our online shop. We use secure encryption mechanisms and follow industry security standards when storing this sensitive information.
When will you take payment?
For orders of £500 or more, we will take payment when you place the order. For orders under £500 we will take payment when the order is dispatched.
Will I receive an invoice?
We do not print and send invoices for online shop purchases.
Your order confirmation email will provide pricing information. When you receive your order, the package will contain a 'dispatch note'. This is not an invoice but it should be retained in case you need to return the goods for any reason.
