Correspondence with the shop

Why are you sending me correspondence by email?

All correspondence from the RNIB Online Shop is sent via email to ensure you get the fastest response.

Why are you sending me so many emails?

When you register as part of the checkout process the first time that you buy something from the online shop, you should receive a 'Confirmation of registration' email.

Whenever you buy something from the online shop you should receive a 'Purchase confirmation' email.

You may receive 'out of stock' emails from us if something you ordered from us is not immediately available.

You may also receive marketing emails from RNIB, depending on your contact preferences. You can change these preferences by going to the My profile link on any page and selecting 'Edit my profile'. Select 'Further communication from us' and change your preferences accordingly.

If you have any concerns about emails from us, please contact us on 0303 123 9999 or email shop@rnib.org.uk

Why haven't I received any emails from the Online Shop?

If you were expecting an email and it hasn't arrived, check your spam/junk folders. You may need to confirm that emails from the RNIB should not be treated as spam (you should check the advice from your email provider on how to do this).

Please also check any alternative email addresses that you might have registered with.

If you are still can't find the expected email, contact us on 0303 123 9999 or email shop@rnib.org.uk
