We show prices as both VAT inclusive and exclusive.
Why did the prices change when I logged in?
You may pay different prices based on information in your customer profile, which we know when you have logged in.
Is my distributor discount included in these prices?
If you have a distributor agreement with RNIB you will need to complete the organisation registration for the online shop.
Please allow a day to elapse between registering and placing your order. This will enable you to purchase items including your distributor discount.
What do I do with my promotional code?
If you have an RNIB promotional code you can apply it to your order either on the "View my basket" page or when you check out on the "Check out and pay" page.
Why is the price in the online shop different from the price in my catalogue?
If prices or VAT rates change, we can update the online shop more quickly than we can produce, print and distribute new catalogues.

Why do some items have a delivery charge?
Sometimes items are delivered direct from a supplier who make additional charges for postage.
RNIB do not make any delivery charges for orders directly sent from our warehouse.
Where customers make special delivery arrangements by telephone, a delivery charge will apply.

If an item has a price of £0.00 then it is free and you will not be charged. You don't need to provide credit or debit card details for free items.
