Reporting a problem with the online shop
If you've had a problem using RNIB's online shop, please note down as much as possible about the problem before contacting us. Useful details to note are:

what (as specifically as possible) were you trying to do?

what happened when you tried to do it?

did you get any error messages - if so, what did they say?

does the problem happen every time, or was it a one off?

what date and time was it when the problem occured?

are you using any access technology (like Zoomtext, Supernova or Guide)?

what browser are you using (for example, Internet Explorer version 8, Firefox version 3).
