Ownership
The legal ownership of the goods will remain with us until payment has been received but you will be responsible for the goods as soon as you receive them.
Liability
We will not be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profits or otherwise), costs, expenses which arise out of, or in connection with, us selling you any goods. Any liability we do have to you will be limited to the price of the goods.
We will not be liable for any statement we make (unless fraudulent), any implied warranty or conditions or any express term of any contract formed outside these terms and conditions relating to the goods.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall remove or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or breach of duty.
Assignment
We can transfer, assign, novate and or subcontract all or some of our rights and responsibilities under these terms and conditions to any other organisation.
