We have extensive expertise in product development, and a selection of our products have been designed and developed by RNIB, based on customer feedback and suggestions.
Fair and open
We will provide you with fair and open information about each and every item we sell, as well as terms and conditions to offer you peace of mind.
You know the price you are paying up front - we don't hide things like VAT and delivery charges.
We also give you up to 30 days to return an item providing the product is in its original condition and has not been used.
Clear product instructions
We provide product instructions for many of our products in a variety of formats, when they are delivered. You can also download a Word version, where applicable, from our online shop.

Personal service
We have a team who are on hand to talk and advise you on our products, some of whom are blind themselves and use the products every day.
We also have a great network of home visiting volunteers who can help in your home, free. They can demonstrate and set up new devices including phones, clocks or TV set-top boxes. They can also help with labelling and identifying items around the house.
