The RNIB Helpline offers an immediate, expert and confidential service. Many of our Helpline staff have sight problems themselves. They are trained to listen and to give reassurance and advice.

The Helpline is open Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm. Messages can be left on our answerphone outside these hours. Interpreters can be arranged for most languages. All calls are treated in confidence. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes.

Fundraising enquiries

If you have a fundraising query, please contact the Fundraising Enquiry Line on 0845 345 0054 or email fundraising@rnib.org.uk.

The Enquiry Line is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Messages can be left on our answer phone outside these hours.
