Contact details and regional services

Contact us

If you or someone you know has a sight problem, we can help.

Call our Helpline on 0303 123 9999.

The RNIB Helpline offers an immediate, expert and confidential service. Many of our Helpline staff have sight problems themselves. They are trained to listen and to give reassurance and advice.

The Helpline is open Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. Messages can be left on our answerphone outside these hours. Interpreters can be arranged for most languages. All calls are treated in confidence. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes.
