Our sister organisation, Cardiff Institute for the Blind (CIB), is looking for a new Director of Operations.

Director of Operations
Salary: Circa £40k pro rata
Hours: 28 per week
CIB is entering one of the most exciting and crucial periods in its long history. We are now supporting more people than ever before in Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, the South Wales Valleys, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot and we will be relocating to our new Cardiff city centre headquarters in the summer.
We are looking for a new Director with a proven track record in leadership, performance management and increasing income to facilitate the development of the organisation to support the continued growth and sustainability of services for blind and partially sighted people.
You will have excellent communication skills and be a successful collaborator. If you are up for this challenge and excited by the opportunity to deliver the best outcomes for blind and partially sighted people in then we want to hear from you.
