If you like your fundraising served with a shot of adrenaline then the we have just the event for you!
We're organising a Zip Slide on 15 July 2012 at Newport Transporter Bridge and we're looking for adrenalin junkies to help raise vital funds to provide services for local blind and partially sighted adults and children.
This event is not for the faint hearted! You will be harnessed to the steel wire at Newport Transporter Bridge and swooping down 320 metres of slide at an incredible speed, but you'll be safe in the knowledge that you're raising funds for a very worthwhile charity.

"This is an exhilarating challenge and, whether you are an experienced zip slider or a first timer, you don't need any previous experience as full training will be given by experts on the day.
"It promises to be an exciting event so why not join up with a group of your friends or work colleagues to test your nerves together."
