Products at RNIB's resource centre are especially designed to assist blind and partially sighted people with everyday living tasks that can be simplified or made more accessible - tasks that many of us take for granted, like cooking, reading, using the computer, making a phone call or just getting out and about.
At the resource centre we have an experienced team on hand to talk about and advise you about our products. You can try, see and handle the products, and if you decide to buy RNIB's resource centre can offer you peace of mind with up to 30 days to return an item if it's not suitable.

When you shop with RNIB you can be secure in the knowledge that we will provide you with fair and open information about products and terms and conditions.
We give you up to 30 days to return an item if it is not suitable for your needs, as long as it is in its original condition and has not been used.
RNIB have been selling products for over 80 years and have extensive experience of assisting our customers to get the things they want.
Our team at the resource centre are on hand to advise you about our products. They can provide guidance and instructions for use, and set many items so they are ready to use when you get home.

Free Internet Access
At the resource centre on Linenhall Street there are six fully accessible PCs connected to the internet. With Jaws and Zoomtext on every PC, broadband internet, USB ports and printer access this facility is free to use, and our staff are always on hand to help if you have any queries while you are here.
Events
