Overall, the service aims to help create an inclusive society through improved access for people with disabilities to the environment and services they use. This includes access to buildings, streets, transport, signage, tactile images and maps, way-finding, products, websites and information.
The new service combines the talents of the JMU Access Partnership, the Web Access Centre and related services to provide a one-stop shop for improving accessibility.
