All cancellations must be made in writing. If the cancellation is made at least four weeks before the course, then the course fee minus a cancellation fee of £50 will be refunded. However, if the cancellation is received within four weeks of the course commencement date, then the course fee minus a late cancellation fee of £150 will only be refunded if that place can be filled by another person on the course waiting list.
We will issue you with an invoice on receipt of your written booking conirmation. Please note that it is not possible to invoice individuals, only organisations.
