This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Community Living Service based in Redhill, Surrey.
As an Integrated Support Worker you will work within a registered care home and support individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations through person centred planning.
You will provide personal, intellectual, social, emotional and physical support to the residents and support them in accessing both community and leisure activities in order to facilitate learning opportunities.
You will have achieved NVQ level 2 or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards QCF Qualifications, and have knowledge of the needs of learning disabled or blind or partially sighted people.
