Required to support the teacher to maximise learning opportunities for pupils and to promote their independence wherever possible.
You will have experience of working with or supporting learners. It is desirable that you have the ability to build a rapport with learners, including those with special educational needs, and have the ability to understand child development and the implications of visual impairment.
