My priority is planning the next year, which will include a secondment, training and development and a research project which will specifically focus on improving the lives of blind and partially sighted people. I'm really looking forward to making the most of the experience."

Dame Mary Marsh

Dame Mary Marsh, Founding Director of the Clore Social Leadership Programme, said:

"Social purpose organisations need confident, capable and innovative leadership. There could not be a more significant time to ensure that we secure this. We have found a further exceptional group of diverse and highly talented people to join the Fellowship in 2012. They have made an impact in the social sector already and all have considerable potential. The existing Clore Social Fellows, appointed in the previous two years, have demonstrated very powerfully how to make the most of the opportunities that the Programme can provide."
