Launch of new online shop on 17 August

On Tuesday 17 August we launched our new online shop, which offers you a wide range of products, reading material and subscriptions to buy online.

You'll be able to search and buy from our full range for delivery straight to your door. You can be confident in the knowledge that you will be using our secure payment service for debit and credit cards. It will also have 'Surf Right' accessibility accreditation.

What should I do?

If you use our online shop you don't need to do anything until 17 August. Just carry on using the shop as normal.

When the new online shop launches on 17 August you will need to register your details the first time you use it.

How do I register on the new online shop?

If you are already registered with our website (www.rnib.org.uk) to use features like our discussion forum, then your registration with the shop is almost complete.

Enter your website login email address and password during checkout on our new online shop (from Tuesday 17 August). You will need to provide a few extra profile details (your address, for instance) the first time that you buy something from us.

Next time you visit RNIB's shop, make sure you login so that you can make purchases quickly and easily.

If you are not registered with our website, you will need to register the first time you buy from the shop.

When you checkout, you will need to provide an email address and some other registration details, as well as your address. For subsequent purchases you will just need to login. You will also be able to login to the website to use the discussion forum, WebPals service and other online community features.
