Questionnaire on eye clinic capacity

As part of our work to prevent avoidable sight loss, we would like to learn more about capacity issues in ophthalmology departments across Wales.

We recognise that capacity is at times a challenge and can impact in a variety of ways on patient care. With rising demand for services as the population ages and the availability of new treatments increases, we are keen to understand how NHS hospital eye units are currently meeting and planning to meet future demand.

We're keen to hear your views

To better understand these issues, we are conducting a Wales wide survey seeking the views of NHS ophthalmology staff, and we would be very grateful if relevant staff could complete the following questionnaire: RNIB Cymru Eye Clinic Capacity Survey.

Alternatively you can download the survey and email your completed form to alexandra.mcmillan@rnib.org.uk or send your reply to:

RNIB Cymru
Jones Court
Womanby Street
Cardiff, CF10 1BR

Please mark it for the attention of Alexandra McMillan.

Your response will remain anonymous but will enable RNIB Cymru to build a picture of current and future capacity in ophthalmology units across the country.
