Hello, how are you doing? It's me, Mr Motivator, and we want you to see sport differently. We want you to take part in it because we are putting it together with you in mind because we know that exercise is such a wonderful and powerful tool that we should all embrace. But I can't do it alone, right? I have Yahya. Hi. I have Sarah. Hi. They both have varying levels of sight loss. So what do I want you to do? Listen to your body. Don't overdo it. Make sure wherever you're exercising, that it's nice and clear, and you're not gonna have a problem, yeah, by tripping over anything. In terms of footwear, you don't have to go out and buy expensive trainers. Find yourself comfortable shoes to wear. You can even do it barefooted, but listen to your body, and if something doesn't feel right, you stop and find out why before you continue. But enjoy the journey with us and from now on, you'll be able to see sport differently. Say, yeah.
