Glow Neon Fun Run

Inspired by the colourful full moon parties held in Thailand, Glow is a night-time fun run with a difference. You'll run, walk or dance the 3km route, sprayed with glow water and lit up by an Ultraviolet (UV) backlight as you go!

It's a great way to spend an evening and raise money, promising to be even bigger and better than last years'!

Why should I Glow for Team RNIB?

Everyone taking part will be there for Team RNIB. Your entry fees and sponsorship will go towards RNIB’s services for blind and partially sighted people. Any additional funds would be greatly appreciated as we rely on the generosity of the public to fund our services. Every day 100 people in the UK start losing their sight. Right now RNIB can only reach one in three of the people who need our help most, join team RNIB and help us reach them all.

There are plenty of volunteering opportunities at our Glow events! If you would like to get involved email us at

Come and Glow – the best fun you will have on an athletics track this year. We hope to see you!

Is it a race?

No. However you choose to manoeuvre your way around the track is fine by us, as long as it’s safe, and you complete the 3km by the cut-off time. We welcome runners, walkers, skippers, jumpers and dancers! There will be motivating music throughout the evening to ensure that it's one of the liveliest fun runs in the UK!
