In the North West, working alongside one of our active volunteer campaigners, we are developing a free training package for local blind societies or other local campaign groups on how to speak up for your rights.
The training will include information on the basics of campaigning, the roles of MPs and councillors and how to lobby, speaking up for yourself and how to overcome barriers, plus examples of successful campaigns.
