BBC Radio Sussex presenter, Danny Pike was taken on a walkabout in Brighton by volunteer campaigner, Diane Marks.
Diane wanted the presenter to experience some of the challenges she faces navigating around Brighton where she lives and get members of the public thinking about small changes they could make which would help blind and partially sighted people get around safely and independently.
Danny tried sim specs to experience different eye conditions and how they affect people's sight and the broadcast encouraged members of the public to look where they're going, not get so involved in text messages and take their ear phones out so they're able to concentrate on their surroundings more.
