Shared spaces: What do you think?

Ashford was one of the first areas in the UK to put in place a shared space. Since then other councils have been developing similar spaces, removing kerbs, pedestrian crossings and other barriers between the traffic and the pedestrians. Feedback from visually impaired residents is that these spaces leave them feeling vulnerable and unable to safely go out on their own. To get changes and stop any more councils following suite we need feedback on your experiences of existing spaces.
