South West MPs told: Your vote can hurt or help

Campaigners in the South West gave a brave last attempt to persuade key MPs to support changes to the Welfare Reform Bill.

Blind and partially sighted campaigners got together with other disabled campaigners to meet with their MPs in Bristol and Bath, to tell MPs how difficult it is to get back into work and why additional support is needed. Campaigners will continue to lobby their MP to ensure that PIP, the new benefit replacing DLA, does not exclude blind and partially sighted people.
