Is your local authority cutting a service you use?
Public bodies, like local authorities, have legal obligations to consult with disabled people about cuts they want to make and also to make an assessment of the impact on disabled people. Unless we take action though, these cuts will go through unchallenged.
We want to keep track of what's happening all over the country to make sure blind and partially sighted people don't get a raw deal and are consulted properly. We need to know where a cut is happening that affects you!
