Scotland's premier 10km road running event, the Bupa Great Edinburgh Run is expected to welcome over 10,000 runners of all abilities.
The city centre course takes in some of Edinburgh's most stunning scenery and famous landmarks including Edinburgh Castle, the Scott Monument, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament Building.
Already have a place?
If you have secured a place through the race organisers' ballot, we'd love you to join Team RNIB. You can register to run for us online.
You will have access to all the same benefits as our guaranteed entry runners but you will not have a sponsorship target. We only have a limited amount of guaranteed places available, so we really appreciate any sponsorship money raised by people with their own places.

What would you lose from your life if you lost your sight?
When you lose your sight you lose more than your ability to see.
Every day, almost 100 people in the UK will start to lose their sight. RNIB gives people who have lost their sight vital support to help them find their lives again. Right now RNIB can only reach one in three of the people who need our help most. Join Team RNIB and help us reach them all.
Not for you?
Don't worry. If the Bupa Great Edinburgh Run isn't for you, why not check out our full events and challenges calendar. We have so many amazing events lined up, from 5kms to marathons, bike rides to overseas adventures and triathlons to parachute jumps.
