What is the Gold Challenge?

Gold Challenge is a charity initiative where you take part in Olympic and Paralympic sports to raise money for RNIB. There are three different ways to get involved, whether you are new to sport or an avid fan who wants to test their skills.

Ways to enter Gold Challenge

2012 challenge

Try out up to 5 different Olympic or Paralympic sports.

Gold Challenge in a gym

Work on your own or as part of a team at your gym or sports club to get an overall distance of 2012km. This challenge is fully inclusive with every team member's efforts counting towards the total.

Olympic sport challenge

Cover one of the following distances, either individually or as a team

  • 20.12km
  • 201.2km
  • 2012km
