See the sunrise - video

How would you describe the sunrise to someone that can't see?

Please watch and share our video

Mole's Sunrise is a beautifully illustrated and movingly written story about a blind mole who wonders what a sunrise is like. His good friends take him to the lake to show him the sunrise with vivid descriptions like 'it's sizzling in the lake like an egg in a pan of butter'. This helps him to see it in his mind and he is able to imagine the rising sun and experience the beauty for himself.

Watch our video of children talking about their experiences and amusing interpretations of Mole's Sunrise and how they would describe the sunrise to someone who can't see.
