Our helpline is a vital source of advice and information to thousands of people every year. We can only provide this important service with your support.

Facts about the Helpline

The Helpline receives around 330,000 calls, emails and letters per year for RNIB and Action for Blind People.

The Helpline is open from 8:45am until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. That's 2,231 hours per year!

The helpline services cost RNIB Group £1.5 million per year to run.
