Generally, heavier foods go with full-bodied wines. Seafood and white meat such as your Christmas day turkey go best with white wine, whereas red meat goes with red wine. Virgin Wines offer a mixed case, so you can find the right combinations!

White wine is best served chilled - so pop it in the fridge. Wine coolers and wine sleeves help to keep your wine chilled once it is on the table. Red wine is served at room temperature but even better around 15 to 18 degrees Celsius.
