The RNIB Community Fundraising team needs your help. We are looking for volunteers to join and set up new fundraising groups across the country.
What will these groups be doing?
Our new fundraising groups will go out into the local community to raise funds on our behalf. Right now we can only reach one in three blind and partially sighted people in the UK. Funds raised by our fundraising groups will help us to support more people in your community.
Some groups will hold regular coffee mornings or perhaps a book sale. Some might do big grand things like having a "ball" or they may organise events like a cycle ride or duck race. Really it's up to each group.
The most important thing is to say the first three letters of fundraising are fun and that's what we want you to do.
Each group will have lots of different volunteering opportunities, from group leader to event organiser or just someone who helps out now and again, so no matter what your strength you can help! There will also be lots of support from RNIB to help keep your fundraising on track.
