Remember a Charity campaign - Tchaikowsky

Remember a charity in your Will - help the work live on

In 1982 a man named André Tchaíkowsky sadly passed away.

Being a thoughtful man he donated his body for medical science, but he also made another, more curious, last wish. He wished that his skull be offered to the Royal Shakespeare Company for use in theatrical performance.

In 2008 his wish was granted when the actor David Tennant used André's skull during his performance of Hamlet at the theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon.

As last wishes go André's was a big one, but they don't all have to be so extravagant. If we all leave a little in our Wills to charity as well as our family we can do something just as unforgettable, because without legacy giving many charities will not be able to exist.

Make your last wishes something to remember.
