Hi, I am worried about my daughter who seems to have progressively worsening myopia in both eyes. I feel awful as I am a high myope myself and feel have obviously passed this on to her.....also completely helpless, there appears no way I can stop it progressing.
Does anyone know of any eye exercises that may help please?
