Hai, This is Dharmarajan from Mumbai, India. I am a totally blind civil servant officer working as Director in Ministry of Finance in Central Government. I want to share information, jokes, contact details make friendship, talk over phone and keep in touch with my friends on this site from today. I am a blind photographer and a good cook too. Independent living skills is vital for blind. Technology is must. Contacts and communications with others are vital. I love travelling. I am also member of executive Council of National Association of Blind, India. I lost my vision at 32 due to RP. I had visited London in 1985. I welcome membership of e mail groups in U K.
