Hi. I'm adam, 24, and living with my wife, son and guide dog. My son has inherited my visual impairment and one thing I'd like to get from Webpals is the opportunity to talk to parents in similar situations. I don't have the kind of anxieties and concerns which other parents experience when their child is diagnosed with a visual impairment. My main fear surrounds my own experiences growing up so rather than a fear of the unknown it is more a fear of the known. I also feel very guilty at what I feel I have bestowed upon my son. In addition I do have a wide range of interests which I would like to share. These include literature, sports, music and history. Please feel free to get in touch!
